Concetta is about to disappear. She’s deleted her Facebook, moved across the country and changed her name to Denise. Yes, Denise—get over it. With no rules, no inhibitions and absolutely no clue, Concetta is finally free to make a complete and total mess of everything.
Based on true events, Loose is a brazen and hilarious coming-of-age story that tackles the deeply personal and complex nature of domestic violence.
Combining stand-up, storytelling and theatre, and using verbatim extracts from diary entries, email and messages, Loose is a story of hopeful curiosity, heartbreak and resilience.
