Can I reserve seats at Griffin?
Seating in the SBW Stables Theatre is general admission so you and your friends can book separately and still find a spot together on the night. Griffin shows at other venues may have different seating policies.

How do I purchase tickets as a gift?
Buying the gift of Griffin has never been so easy! Visit our gift certificate page to find out more.

What happens if I’m running late to a performance?
Due to the infrastructure of our stage, for your safety and the safety of our company, Griffin doesn’t allow late entrances. If you’re running late, please email the Box Office at [email protected] to discuss further options.

How can I support Griffin Theatre Company?
Griffin Theatre Company wouldn’t exist with the generosity of our amazing community. If you’re interested in supporting us, you can donate, support one of programs, volunteer and attend our shows!

Can I exchange my tickets?
Yes. Tickets can be exchanged for a $6 fee up to 24 hours before their intended performance (subject to availability). By becoming a Griffin subscriber, your first exchange per show is complimentary.

Can I get a refund on my tickets if I can’t use them?
Unfortunately ticket refunds can only be done in select circumstances. Visit our Terms and Conditions for our full policy around refunds and ticket exchanges.

Where do I pick up my tickets?
As part of our Green Griffin initiative, we’ve committed to going paperless to help reduce our carbon footprint. This means that your tickets will be emailed to you digitally. When you arrive at the SBW Stables Theatre, our Box Office team will ask for your digital ticket for scanning. They may also ask for your name and ID to confirm your booking. Griffin shows at other venues may have different ticket policies.
