Can I reserve seats at Griffin?
All of Griffin’s 2026 productions in the Downstairs Theatre are general admission. This means that you and your loved ones can book separately and still find a spot together on the night! Seating for Wake in Fright in the Upstairs Theatre is allocated—so book in early (or even better, book a Subscription Package) to secure the best seat in the house.

How do I purchase tickets as a gift?
A Griffin Gift Certificate makes a fabulous present and can be used to cover the cost of a subscription, single ticket or any dollar amount of your choosing. Visit our gift certificate page to find out more.

What happens if I’m running late to a performance?
Due to the intimate nature of the theatre, latecomers may not be admitted, so please arrive at least 15 minutes before your performance and allow plenty of time to avoid disappointment.

How can I support Griffin Theatre Company?
Griffin Theatre Company wouldn’t exist with the generosity of our amazing community. If you’re interested in supporting us, you can donate, support one of programs, volunteer and attend our shows!

Can I exchange my tickets?
Tickets may be exchanged for $7, subject to availability, up to 24 hours prior to the performance. Griffin subscribers are entitled to unlimited exchanges (you read that right!).

Can I get a refund on my tickets if I can’t use them?
Unfortunately ticket refunds can only be done in select circumstances. Visit our Terms and Conditions for our full policy around refunds and ticket exchanges.

Where do I pick up my tickets?
As part of our Green Griffin Initiative, tickets will be emailed electronically. Griffin no longer prints physical tickets (think of all the trees we’ve saved!). Griffin’s presenting partners will also issue e-tickets, so keep an eye on your inbox!
