How long will it take for the Gift Certificate to arrive?
You’ll receive an email and our team will be in touch with your e-certificate within 48 hours. If you have any issues, please contact our Box Office.
Please note that the Griffin Box Office will be closed from 24 December – 4 January.
I’m booking for someone else, how specific do I have to be with the details?
Griffin offers adjustable gift certificates to accomodate gift purchases. Either pick a specific performance for the recipient to enjoy and we’ll indicate it on the certificate or load it with an amount and let them do the choosing.
