Could you star in a wacky new Australian musical?

Griffin and Hayes Theatre Co are excited to announce an open casting call for the world premiere production of Flat Earthers: The Musical, taking the stage in 2024!

Somewhere on the fringes of the internet, Ria e-meets Flick and instantly falls in analogue love… until Ria learns with horror that Flick is a ‘Flat Earther’. And Flick learns with equal horror that Ria is a ‘Globe Earther’.

With book & lyrics by Jean Tong & Lou Wall, songwriting by Lou Wall & James Gales, music production by James Gales and direction by Griffin’s Artistic Director Declan Greene, this is your chance to star in a queer, chaotic and absolutely brilliant new Australian musical!

Griffin and Hayes Theatre Co are now casting multiple roles for Flat Earthers: The Musical. Casting will be led by Evolution Casting and Casting Director Rhys Velasquez.

The first round of auditions are open now via self-tape submissions. The first round will close at 5pm on Friday 15 December.

For all the audition details and how to submit, please read the full casting brief.
