LAST WEEK AT APAM

06.03.12

The Griffins were out in force at last week’s Australian Performing Arts Market (APAM), where over 600 artists, presenters and producers from around the world converged on Adelaide to watch, talk, eat and drink their way through a week of Australian performance.

We were lucky enough to have Angela’s Kitchen selected to perform an excerpt from the full-length work, adding more opportunities for that show to tour this year and in the future. We also had a huge number of conversations about other Griffin shows, and the wonderful artists who are associated with the company.

There’s a lot of interest in Australian stories overseas, and also in sharing stories through a conversation between artists here and abroad. APAM is also a great chance for us to catch up with our peers from around the country and see the great work that’s being created in Australia. Watch out for interesting snippets of information about artists and organisations on facebook over coming weeks
