With heavy hearts, Griffin Theatre Company have announced the extended temporary closure of the SBW Stables Theatre until September, which means that our upcoming season of FEAR by Oliver Twist will no longer be presented as part of our 2020 Season.
With the extension of our temporary closure, we stand by our commitment to support artists and creatives in the arts industry. We know this is the right thing to do, but as a tiny company it will intensify the serious financial strain that the last months have put us under.
If you already have a ticket to FEAR, please consider converting all or part of your ticket price to a tax-deductible donation, with receipt provided. If you can afford to do this, your ticket will go towards supporting someone’s livelihood in an uncertain time. Alternatively, you’ll have the option to get a full refund on your ticket or receive a gift certificate to use for a future production. Think of it like a present to your future self!
And if you’d like to support us further, please consider making an End of Financial Year donation and help us keep Griffin the home of new Australian writing.
